It's expected that you'll to try on your goodies with different things in your closet, pose in front of mirrors and such to see all the angles. Any clothing item you purchase from DatGurl may be exchanged within seven (7) business days for a different size or another item of the same price. I cannot accept exchanges with stains, tears, or other signs of wear.  Treasure Boxes are not returnable.

To do an exchange, email orders@datgurl.com with your request. Once I receive your request, I will log it while I wait for your return to arrive. All shipping costs related to exchanges are the buyer's responsibility. I recommend that you use a carrier that allows you to track your exchange. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that exchanges arrive at DatGurl. Upon recieving your return, I will bill you for the cost for shipping the new item. Once this has cleared, I will mail the new item(s) to you.

No exchanges or returns on limited edition items or final sale items so please make your decisions carefully.
